Tips on Taking Care of Your Everjade Jewelry
1. Always keep your Everjade jewelry in its jewelry box when you are not wearing it to avoid the slightest chance of damage.
2. Put your jewelry on after you are DONE applying your makeup and perfume. (If the Everjade selection has a silk cord, adjust the cord's length by carefully and slowly pulling on the two loose ends through the knot. Make sure your hands are dry and clean when doing this.)
3. Check your jewelry condition from time to time; clean the jade pendant or bangles often by using warm water, soft brush, and a small piece of dry soft cotton cloth. For pieces that have a silk cord, be sure to avoid contact with water or makeup (especially while cleaning the jade pendant). Carefully and slowly pull the cord through the knot every time you are putting on or removing your jewelry.
4. DO NOT wear your Everjade jewelry while showering, swimming or working out in gym. This is especially important for our hand braided silk cord jewelry.
5. Both jadeite and nephrite are very durable and tough. However, please avoid dropping your jewelry on the floor and prevent impact with other objects. We regret that we are not responsible for any damage caused by the reasons above.
6. The jewelry artists from Everjade will provide a lifetime replacement for your hand braided silk cords from our Everjade selections. The hand braided silk cords are our trademark products and we are confident that it will last a lifetime should proper care be used. If your hand braided silk breaks because of the age of your jewelry or an accident occurred to the cord part of your jewelry, just save the pendant and the jade beads. Contact us by email or by phone. We will instruct you on how to mail the piece to us. After we receive your jewelry pieces, we will replace and fix it as soon as possible. With Everjade Jewelry, we want to provide the best service for our customers.
