Returns:
1. Can I return my Everjade purchase?
Yes! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Everjade jewelry, returns are allowed within 7 days of your purchase with the original packaging in the original conditions; however, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee is applicable. We cannot accept returns after the 7 day period.
2. How to Return my Everjade purchase?
Before returning any product, please go to our Customer Service web page and click on the "Contact Us¨ link. Please fill out the web form with your name and contact information. In the "Subject" field, please type "Returns". In the "Message box", please provide your customer ID and your Item number (which you can find in your invoice). Once complete, simply click the "sent form" button. You may also contact us by phone: 1-617-247-0310 and speak with our customer service department between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Saturday.
Returns need to be carefully packed with the original Everjade Jewelry packaging and must be in original condition. We will refund your money promptly after we receive the item(s). For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with either the US Postal Service or UPS) for the full value of the product. Meanwhile, you may also contact us by phone 1- 617-247-0310 in regards your returned items.
3. When will I get my refund from Everjade?
As soon as we receive your return item(s) in their original condition, you will receive an email from us for confirmation. Your money will be returned to you promptly. If you made your purchase by using your credit card, you should receive your refunds within one or two billing cycles.
